Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WhittleOS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides structured analysis to support founder decisions. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Score estimates, revenue projections, and customer-count math are assumptions based on the inputs you provide and publicly available evidence at the time of analysis. The Service does not guarantee the success of any business idea. You are responsible for verifying the evidence and the decisions you make.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no illegal use, no attempts to break security, no scraping or automated abuse, no reselling outputs as professional advice.

5. Payments & purchases

Paid features are purchased either as one-time credit packs or, where offered, recurring subscription plans, billed in USD. Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our Merchant of Record; Polar's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Credits are prepaid and don't expire; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days; subscriptions within 14 days of the first paid period; spent credits and completed analyses are non-refundable, and a credit for a failed analysis is returned automatically.

7. Intellectual property

Your inputs and the reports generated for you are yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the Service. Our software, brand, and templates remain ours.

8. AI limitations & no guarantees

Outputs are AI-generated and may be wrong or incomplete. We make no guarantee of revenue, customers, funding, success, or regulatory compliance.

9. Regulated domains

For ideas in regulated domains (e.g. medical, financial, legal), the Service flags risk, caps confidence, and may refuse certain outputs. Consult appropriate experts before proceeding.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
